Welcome! I'm Coach Vernon Johnson Sr., bringing over 30 years of expertise in Performance Training to athletes across the spectrum. Specializing in speed training, I have a rich history of developing champions and enhancing athletic performance at all levels.

With a life steeped in the fitness industry, courtesy of my father's legacy, I've dedicated myself to mastering and teaching the science of human movement and performance. My experience spans coaching successful athletes at high school, collegiate, and professional levels.
